Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be in original condition

• Include all original tags

Security Ribbon Policy

Items with the security ribbon removed, cut, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective Items

Items with manufacturing defects may qualify for a return or exchange after inspection and approval.

Refund Process

Refunds or exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

• The wrong item was sent, or

• The item arrived damaged

Customers who select in-store pickup will be notified when their order is ready for collection at riMa’s Boutique.
